Due to the nature of skincare products and for reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final.

Important Note About Tallow

Our products are crafted with natural beef tallow, which is sensitive to heat. Please bring your package inside promptly upon delivery. If left outside in warm weather, products may melt or change consistency. This does not affect their quality or effectiveness, but it may change the consistency. 

Handmade Variations

Every batch is handmade in small quantities. Because we use only natural ingredients and no stabilizers or preservatives, you may notice slight variations in scent, texture or colour. This is completely normal and part of what makes each product unique.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order container arrives damaged or your product(s) incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery matteroffatinfo@gmail.com. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
